You can either create 'your' own office link or if you prefer to create a website...for 6 months you can use one of my 'remaining' and be linked to all other websites in the 'portal' with no monthly rental cost - and after 6 months you can decide whether:
* to continue with the website (and pay the monthly rental cost)
* to close the website (no further costs)
(a 'remaining' domain name is one which is not yet a working website)
Conditions:
1. The continues to be my property unless a specific sales agreement is signed - and this is not a primary objective.
2. The must not be used in an activity considered to be illegal, 'inappropriate', sexist or racist (I retain the right to inform the person named as the 'tenant' of any 'illegal' or inappropriate aspects which must be changed)
3. I will not be responsible for the content of the website using my . Anyone considering the content of the website to be 'illegal' or 'inappropriate' can write to the named webmaster. If that fails, they can write to me (see condition 2)
4. Any new website using my must link to all other active websites in the 'portal'/ group (currently listed in Portal ) and new links must be updated as or when they occur. Links to other websites in the 'portal' must feature prominently at the top of each page.
5. If someone decides not to continue to develop a website using my they must inform me by email and fax. No compensation will be paid for any work carried out on the website nor will any liability be accepted for any agreements connected with the operation of that website (with suppliers, employees or anyone else)
6. Technical support will be limited to that published on website (for reasons...)
7. If the website using my has no content for 30 days (or does not comply with the conditions of use) I retain the right to 're-route' the DNS. This means that people trying to reach that website will be sent elsewhere. No compensation will be paid for any work carried out on the website nor will any liability be accepted for any agreements connected with the operation of that website (with suppliers, employees or anyone else)
