XI. RIGHTS OF POLICYHOLDERS AND / OR MEMBERS
In accordance with article 8 of the Insurance Contract Act, the Policyholder and/or Member has one month as of receipt of the Policy to demand the Insurer to rectify any differences existing between the aforesaid Policy and the insurance proposal or agreed clauses.
While the contract is in effect the Policyholder or Member may notify the Insurer of any circumstance entailing a lower risk and which is such that, had it been known to the latter when the contract was signed, it would have stipulated more favourable terms.
In such event, the future premium should be reduced accordingly at the end of the period covered by the premium, and the Policyholder shall otherwise be entitled to cancel the contract and to a refund of the difference between the premium paid and the one he or she would have had to pay from the time the lower risk had been notified.
