PRELIMINARY CLAUSE

This contract is subject to the provisions of the Insurance Act 50/1980 of 8 October, (Official State Gazette of 17 October 1980), any other applicable legal provisions and regulations and the terms of these general and any particular conditions, whereby the clauses containing restrictions to Member rights shall be null and void unless where specifically accepted in writing by the parties concerned. Mere transcriptions or references to legal provisions or regulations shall not be subject to such acceptance.
