X. OTHER POLICYHOLDER OBLIGATIONS AND DUTIES
The Policyholder or, as appropriate, Member, shall be obliged to:

Notify the Insurer, as soon as possible and at any point during the period of insurance, of any circumstance that could entail a higher risk and which are such that, had they been known thereto at the time the contract was executed, it would have refrained from doing so or it would stipulated more costly terms.
Within two months of notification of the existence of a higher risk, the Insurer may propose to amend the contract. In such case, the Policyholder has fifteen days as of the date of receipt thereof to accept or reject such proposal. Should it be rejected, or should no reply be given by the said deadline, the Insurer is entitled to cancel the contract, after having duly notified the Policyholder of such intention, granting him or her another fifteen-day period in which to reply, after which and within the following eight days, it shall notify the Policyholder of final cancellation.
The Insurer may likewise cancel the contract by informing the Member in writing thereof within one month of the date of receipt of notification of the increased risk. In the event that the Policyholder or Member fails to notify the Insurer of the above and files a claim, the Insurer shall be under no obligation to provide cover, if the Policyholder or Member acts in bad faith. Otherwise, the insurance cover shall be reduced in proportion to the difference between the covenanted premium and the one that would have been applied had the insurer been aware of the true nature of the risk.
