X. OTHER POLICYHOLDER OBLIGATIONS AND DUTIES 

The Policyholder or, as appropriate, Member, shall be obliged to:

A. Declare to the Insurer all the circumstances known thereto that may affect risk appraisal before closing the contract and in accordance with the questionnaire completed at the request thereof.

The Insurer may cancel the contract by a statement of intention addressed to the Policyholder within one month as of the date it ascertains that the Policyholder withheld or provided inaccurate information. The premiums due for the period in course when such statement is made shall be for the Insurer, barring fraud or gross negligence on its part.

Should a claim be filed before the Insurer makes the statement of intention referred to in the preceding paragraph, cover shall be reduced in proportion to the difference between the covenanted premium and the one that would have been applied had the true nature of the risk been known. In the event of fraud or gross negligence on the part of the Policyholder, the Insurer shall not be liable for any cover whatsoever.

B. Notify the Insurer, as soon as possible and at any point during the period of insurance, of any circumstance that could entail a higher risk (more)...
