IV. WAITING PERIODS (MORATORIUMS)

All the benefits assumed by the Insurer by virtue of the Policy shall be provided from the time it enters into force. Nevertheless, the foregoing general principle does not apply to tubal ligature and vasectomy, which the Insured shall not be entitled to until a 180 day waiting period has elapsed.

The waiting period for childbirth care shall be 300 days.

Psychology - waiting period

This above-mentioned waiting period will not be enforced in emergency circumstances that are life-threatening for the mother or her future child / children
