This medication should always be prescribed by the Oncology specialist in charge of the patient's care. The Insurer will be liable for the cost of the treatments, providing that they are applied at a healthcare centre both on an outpatient and inpatient basis, should admission become necessary. In all cases the specialist responsible for the care shall be the one to decide what the therapies should be and how they are to be performed.
